Hi,I'm new here, but have experienced some paranormal activity, one being in a house and apt. I once lived in recently. I am curious about the Evansville State Hospital,is it haunted? I know that all old abandoned hospitals aren't all haunted or have paranormal activity, I am just curious about the place since I can't find hardly any info on it except this websiteEvansville State Hospital/ On the website it states that there are unmarked graves of former patients, that surely would anger some spirits ...

You think you have what it takes to be a ghost hunter?

First question you should ask yourself is: am I ready to deal with what I am about to experience? Second question should be something like: what happens if I bring this problem home with me? How will it affect me and my family? Third question should be: can I control my fear and my emotions? Fourth question: what do I do if the person reporting this paranormal activity is not mentally stable? What is my plan for this investigation and ...

Hi all,

I just wanted to post and thank you for allowing me to attend the meeting the other night. I enjoyed getting to meet those of you that attended face to face, and look forward to meeting the rest of you in the future.

The meeting itself was enjoyable as well. It was interesting hearing about your cases and experiences, and listening to the various EVPs was the highpoint.

I am looking forward to attending more PIHK meetings and hopefully some investigations in the future.

Sincerely, ...

Greetings all,

I thought I would post a little about myself. I usually post this same bit on any paranormal forum I join. It is written from my personal viewpoint, so if I say something that you find to be untrue, just consider the source. :-)

Mine is the tale of a skeptic and atheist who wishes he could believe. I am truly jealous of those that live in a larger, more interesting and more comforting world than I do. Sadly, I cannot wish myself into being a believer. I must be true ...

For as long as I can remember I have heard about the "Wolf Hills Werewolf". I have heard many, many different stories about the origins of this creature. Anything from a soldier in the Transylvania Company to a supernatural protector for the Tillman Witches. I have talked to a few people who claimed that they have actually seen the beast. One gentleman who stands out lives out on Wathan Lane, right behind the dump, and from what he remembers the creature is somewhat friendly. ...

Hi All,

Here is another tiresome example of me opening up about a personal experience I had. Might be good for a laugh.

I was seven-ish, so it would have happened in 1973. It was a beautiful Midwestern fall day. You will hear a lot of people talk about beautiful days, so much so that it is a bonified cliché. That notwithstanding, it was simply beautiful. It was the kind of day that energizes you just by stepping out of the door. The air felt crisp & cool, but not cold. The sun was ...

Hi All, This is not the first place I have posted this, But I thought you guys might find it interesting/bearable.

Well, here is my confession: I, a curmudgeonly yet well-loved skeptic, once saw a ghost with my own eyes! Actually, it was a group of 5-6 full body apparitions! I was initially sure that I had a real paranormal experience, even though I had been a skeptic for several years at the time of my experience.

I have been considering posting about this for awhile now anyway. So ...

Hi All,

I am sure that everyone here will have heard of the danger of using Ouija boards. They are generally considered to be an invitation to malevelent entities, and are sometimes credited with causing lives to be ruined.

I feel that there is no real reason for there to be a difference between Ouija boards & other forms of spirit communication, other than our own perceptions of the methods.

Some one recently expressed to me the opinion that it was Hollywood which created ...
